How do I book a trip?
You can simply call our scheduler at 937-547-1811. Greenville Transit System (GTS) will provide you with a pickup time as close to your request as possible. We will look at current appointments and drop-off locations and match your request with those already scheduled. To increase our ability to serve you, there will be times when your trip will be combined with other already scheduled trips on the same vehicle. In this manner, GTS can take more riders to where they want to go.

Your scheduler will work hard to schedule your trip; however, there may be times when we are unable to schedule your trips as conveniently as you may wish, in extreme cases, we may be unable to schedule your trip for that day or time. To avoid this, please try to schedule your trips early.
